This opportunity is for a Physical Therapist to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The assignment is a contract position covering maternity leave through the end of the current school year, with an expected duration until June 4, 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services to students ranging from preschool through high school.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students, with around 20 billable hours per week (hours may vary).
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and district regulations and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active California Physical Therapist license.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within educational environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours with a preference for full-time availability (30+ hours per week), though part-time around 20 hours per week is acceptable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
